🧠 Smart Counselling Tips by Aacharya Education
Use State + AIQ Both: Most students above 20,000 rank will get seats via State quota , not AIQ.
Choice Filling is Critical: Don’t copy others blindly—make personalized choices based on:
Rank slab
College preference
Bond/fee structure
Track State Rounds Separately: Each state has its own counselling dates and fees. Don’t miss those.
Avoid Overconfidence: Many seats are not filled due to poor planning. Be realistic
📌 Key Definitions
Free Exit : Opt-out from Round 1 without losing fees.
Upgrade : Get better college in next round while holding current seat.
Stray Vacancy : Last attempt for leftover seats. No fresh entry allowed.
